Sponsorship opportunities are available at various levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum), as well as for specialty events at the conference, including the Elevate Reception and the NSBA Reception. All sponsorships include the following standard benefits:

Company logo and website link listed on the conference website

Company profile and logo listed in the sponsor section of the conference mobile app

Logo and recognition displayed on sponsor signage at the Georgia World Congress Center

Company verbally recognized at Wednesday's keynote session

Sponsor carpet decal for exhibit hall booth (number of decals varies based on booth size)

Points added to 2027 company booth selection priority ranking (number of points varies)

Company receives pre- and post-conference list of attendees with email and mailing addresses (pre-conference lists are sent approximately 30 days prior to the show and two weeks prior to the show; post-conference lists are sent approximately 45 days following the show)

Company receives discounts on advertising in Modern Steel Construction magazine (discount amount based on sponsorship level; see the 2025 Promotional Guide here); the 2026 Promotional Guide will be posted in September 2025

Note that all benefits listed below are in addition to the standard benefits listed above.
Notes on Sponsorships
Note that non-exhibiting companies are limited to Bronze, Elevate Reception, and NSBA Reception sponsorships. In addition, sponsors will be assigned to and listed under a specific level based on their total sponsorship spending for the conference–e.g., if a company purchases two separate $5,000 sponsorships (such as NSBA Gold and Elevate Reception Bar) and also a $2,500 Bronze sponsorship, they reach the threshold for the Gold level and are therefore considered Gold sponsors in addition to being recognized for the NSBA and Elevate sponsorships.

Also, a company doesn’t need to purchase a named sponsorship in order to achieve a specific sponsorship level–i.e., if a company wishes to become a Platinum, Gold, or Silver sponsor, they aren’t limited to the named sponsorships so long as they make the minimal financial contribution for that level.
